Acer Aspire

Acer laptops has been sort of schizophrenic as a central processing unit manufacturer over the years, as their focus on laptop computers has changed so much. In the mid of 90’s, the company began to come out as a viable competitor to the dominant laptop computers company of that time, which were Compaq laptops and Toshiba laptops. Acer laptop was well put together, and starts to become very popular among consumers as a lower cost alternative to the bigger brands. Then, the laptops company began to shift its focal point, in its place making generic laptops computers and allowing resellers to slap their own brand name on them. Acer’s laptops reputation as a laptops computer maker took a nosedive at that point, as most citizens want a computer (especially laptop computers) that is made by a famous trademark name, not Mom and Pop’s Electronics Store. And now, Acer is back with a latest focus, and is selling laptops computers under its own trade mark once more. So it comes as a bit of a surprise that the Aspire laptops line of laptop is so good.

There are in fact 13 different model of the Aspire laptops, but they can be prepared into three separate families the 3000 series, the 5000 series, and the 9000 series. As for the machinery inside of the laptops, these models run the range with everything under the sun going into them. For example, the lowest priced model, the Aspire laptops 3000, runs on an AMD Sempron 3100 chipset, clocked at 1.8 gigahertz. In contrast, the best laptop model which is the 9810 runs on an Intel Core 2 Duo at 2.0 gigahertz. Other processors used in the Aspire laptop are the Pentium M and them AMD Turion 64.

In adding, many different graphics processing units (GPU) can be establish in the various Aspire laptops models as well, including a SiSM760GX integrated chipset in the 3000, an ATI Radon family GPU in the 5000 sequence, an Intel 900 GPU in the 9000, and a peak of the line NVIDIA George Go 7800 graphics adapter with 256 megabytes of V Random Access Memory of laptop in the 9810. Similarly, the laptop monitor range from 15.4 inches diagonally in the lower models of Acer laptops, to a jaw dropping 20.1 inches in the 9810. In a nutshell of laptops, you can have any level of excellence in graphics processing and present that you want, because they are all signified and that holds true for every portion of computing with the Acer Aspire laptop you want an entry level laptop computers that you can use to edit documents and browse the web, go for the 3000. If a soaped up compact disk machine with lots of horsepower and a huge display is your mug of tea, then the 9810 is the option for you. If your favorites fall somewhere in between, there are 11 other models starting which to select, and I am confident there is one in there that comes very close to what you are looking for.
